RESTAURANT VIAGIO benchmark Restaurant for the fast food chain Viagio by the Groupe Bertrand. This work was undertaken as project manager at the creative studio Neonata. with a surface open to the public of 300m² in a major shoping center on the outskirts of paris, the brief was to validate the commercial concept of the client. a clear circulation scheme was established, an alcove and modular furniture system was developed.
