Project submitted by the Elior group during the 2006 bid for the restaurants of the Eiffel Tower. This proposition was aimed at revitalizing the two fast food restaurant on the first and second floor of the tower; The extremely high visitor trafic, the ergonomics of the point of sales as well as communicating to an international clientel were at the center of the breif.
